What exactly is
Hydro Excavation?
Integrating high-pressure water and air vacuums, hydro excavation is one of the most highly recommended approaches to digging because of its reliable and precise results. Pressurized water cuts through and breaks up soil and sediment, while an air vacuum system transfers it into a debris tank. This removes dust and sediment without disturbing delicate wires, pipelines, and other below-ground blockages.
There are many situations in which hydro excavation may be preferable to traditional methods. Construction often requires subsurface facilities or utilities, the installation of which is risky and difficult. When used for roadside line, pole, and sign installation, hydro excavation creates less congestion in traffic as equipment can be distanced from roadways. For pipelines and sewer work, this method reduces damage to pipes, lowering cost of resultant repairs. In landscaping, it disturbs less of the surrounding soil, allowing it to remain compact and strong to support plant life.
